If you want the ability to remap, you’ll have to use one of the older model Xfinity remotes.
Get the old XR5 (or similar) version remote off of eBay as they are only a few bucks.
The older remote also does activity macros so you never have to scroll through inputs.

I want to control the dialogue function on my BOSE Solo 15 soundbar using my Xfinity XR11 remote.
I already have the Xfinity remote setup to access on/off and vol up/down on the Bose.
How do I “map” a button on the Xfinity remote to the dialogue function on the Bose?

Try using the Videotron REMOTE Support page as there are multiple ways to program the remote for a Bose Solo 5.
