I have a Kogan RF9220 running Android 9. After asking Kogan who makes their TVs and getting shut down I used Google smart glass and took a photo of the remote to find other t.v manufacturers who used the same remotes.
Turns out ChangHong make them. I have a Bose Solo 5 sound bar and universal remote. I used the ChangHong code being 01766 or 1766.

A friend unfortunately stood on the remote control and it does not work now. I bought a Huaya LM 1130 remote control. I can switch on the tv okay but the other functions I cannot connect. When I press the volume it asks personal or standard and the suggestions in the Huaya handbook don’t make sense. Is their an easier way to do things. At the moment I have a great picture with no sound.

I have seen numerous combination style remote controls offered on your website and the codes listed for these units however I am in the Philippines and I am not sure if locally sourced remotes would work with these codes.
