If no codes work, remove the first number on the remote code to see if it will accept the remote code.

Be sure you are pressing the correct buttons on your GE remote when you program it to work with your TCL TV.
Check the manual that came with it or give us the model number of the GE remote and we can assist.

I can’t find Any codes to input?
For an Xfinity X1 remote, this was the easiest way for me to program the X1 remote to the TCL Roku TV.
I have the 55 inch 4k Roku TV set.
These are easy instructions and quicker than googling everything for hours.
Manual X1 remote setup
-Press and hold the setup button on the bottom left of the remote.
-When the red light turns green, release the button.
-Enter the numbers 991 on your remote.
-The light on the remote should blink.
-Slowly push the Channel Up on your remote until the television turns off.
-For me, it took 4 presses of the channel up. It was the same on the extra remote as well.
-When the set turns off, press the setup button one more time.

You should be able to AUTO PROGRAM your Audiosonic Remote to your TCL TV.
TRY THIS………
– Manually turn on the television.
– Point your Audiosonic remote control to the tv.
– Press and hold the TV button, keep pressing.
– Press and hold the power button.
– The red light will come on and stay on.
– Release the two button and the Red light will stay on.
– Press the power button repeatedly until your device turns off.
– Once the device turns off press the STOP button so that you store the code in your remote.

The remote control fell to bits!, so I bought a universal remote control: Audiosonic JLR-6002 Made in China.
I tried many times to tune my TCL TV to said remote, with no results whatsoever.

Try using the ROKU supplied code 535 but put a zero in front of it, like this: 0535
If that does not work let us know and we will research further.

I have a 40FS3800 Roku TV and need the 4 digit code that will work with the New Dish 52.0 remote for a Wally mobile receiver. All 11 pre-loaded codes in the Dish software did not work. Nor did code 1756. Can’t use code 535 or 556 since it is asking for a 4 digit code.

Since you have a Philips RC122 remote (most likely with Time Warner Cable)
Try programming the remote in AUTO CODE SEARCH MODE.
Here is how…
– Turn on the TV that you want the remote to operate.
– On remote press the TV and the SELECT/OK buttons simultaneously until all the device buttons blink twice.
– Point the remote control at the device and press 9 9 1. The device button you selected in step 2 blinks twice.
– Press the PLAY arrow button one time.
– If your device powers off then Press SELECT/OK as soon as the device powers off.
– If not, press the REWIND or FF arrow buttons to step through the available codes until it does.
– Press SELECT/OK as soon as the device powers off.
– Be sure the correct code has been selected by pressing the POWER button.
– Your device should turn back on. If it does, try changing the channel to verify programming worked.
– Press SELECT/OK to store the code.

Use the Keyin remote codes 013, 073.
Note these codes are a “SAFE” codes.
Do not touch other buttons if you are going to use any universal with manually set functions.
As you will get a problem….Factory on the screen, “CHILD LOCK” displays or a LOCK icon on the screen.
