  2. On your remote, press the corresponding device button (AUX for soundbars) and the OK/SEL buttons at the same time for 3 seconds.
  3. The device LED will illuminate showing that it is ready to be programmed.
  4. The LED will remain lit for 30 seconds, and the next step completed while it is on.
  5. Point the remote at the device and press the VOL+ or VOL- button.
  6. The remote will emit power on/off code signals.
  7. Continue to press up or down until your device turns off.
  8. Verify that the correct code has been selected by pressing the POWER button.
  9. Your device will turn ON and if so change the the channel or volume to be sure programming worked.
  10. Press the corresponding device button to store the code in memory.
  11. The remote LED will blink 2 times to confirm the code has been stored.

    I have the 13 1/2″ Supersonic TV, trying to program Spectrum remote (UR5U-8780LTWM)
    I have tried the last three digits of the following 4 digit codes 0208, 0556, 0698, 0264 and 0805.
    Tried the “auto search method” found a code that turns TV off but will not turn it on.
